And saved me thousands because another company said I needed to replace my whole system, I just needed an honest company and a thorough cleaning. I love this company and will tell my neighbors this story. If you have cards I can put them in the HOA office. Since they are coming back to put an "air scrubber", they could bring the cards at that time.

Brandon, our Technician for May 2025, was excellent. He was thorough and explained all procedures and recommendations. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Very friendly, too! Add Nate, our Technician this year, as one of our favorite Technicians He was very detailed in evaluating, testing and fine tuning our HVAC system. It has been over one year now since our new A/C and Heating systems were installed. All is very satisfactory. The Technician are very thorough with the 6 month scheduled maintenance checks. Ricky, Tommy and Sam are phenomenal. In November 2022 they installed our new A/C and Heating Systems with professionalism and expertise. Very efficient. Ricky answered all of our questions and educated us on all that we need to know about our new systems. We feel confident that Robert B. Payne will stand behind all of their equipment and service.
