"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

We met with a Kitchen Saver Representative, Al, who showed us samples and provided information that helped us make the decision to do it. The process was pretty non disruptive to our daily lives and the installer Patrick is awesome. He really takes pride in his work and he couldn't have been friendlier. The project took 4 days and we were able to use the kitchen in the evening. We still have our original appliances and we reused the old hardware. We absolutely love the end result. Our kitchen looks awesome and we are so happy with it. Kitchen Saver has the process down to an art and we would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a kitchen project."
