She spent more time with us in our first consultation than 4 other companies combined. She made suggestions for the layout and really helped my vision come to life. The owner Bob was very hands on and helped ease my fears taking on this enormous finance and project. I can not say enough how wonderful the work Counter-vations provided. The crew was always respectful, professional, and did amazing work. Communication between the design company, the subcontractors and myself did have some let downs and I felt that we didn’t always have a plan for the day to day and what to expect. There were some problems with the renovation making it go much longer than originally estimated. However, when problems did arise solutions were found and overall we were happy with everything. I am in love with the final product."
