"Using BLT was a very painful experience. Remodel was estimated to be completed mid/end of September. It was finally completed this May (May '25). Communication was poor throughout, even to the end. One of the items was to paint the Room. After the paint dried, it started to peel off as I was installing Towel Bars. They said to wait for a couple of weeks for the paint to cure. Pratt and Lambert said that the room should have been primed and it might take a month to cute before top coating. Secondly, the new Vanity is a little loose. I will have to refasten it to the wall. The Shower Surround was poorly cut, leaving a large corner gap. I had to buy, paint, and install 2 corner Mouldings to hide the gap. I do not recommend BLT. They are disorganized, stretched too thin, and don't have a experienced Project Planner that can walk you through the small details of refitting so the Customer doesn't have to live with ill planned/fitted Hardware."

My mother and I could not be more appreciative of the railing down her front steps, second bannister on the staircase, and grab bar in the shower. These things are a HUGE upgrade in her quality of life. Personally, I'm extremely grateful Red Cedar offered to pick up the materials for me; I would not have had time to do that myself. Top quality job on all fronts. I will definitely call them again in the future!"
