325 Disreputable and will not stand behind their products or services. They said I needed new line sets. Did a hideous line set install and wasted a bunch of my time trying to get it right. Customer service was atrocious. They are unwilling to work to resolve their mistakes and make things right....

They did a good repair job. They would not work with our home warranty company (submit diagnosis, repair proposal etc), so that cost us and wasted our coverage.
Professional Appliance RepairCalled and spoke about my needs to replace tub&washer&dryer and he told me that he chooses to "Pass". So do not waste your time if you need affordable replacements/installation sbecause apparently thats too much to handle for them.
