"They are great. The diagnostic tech came out and confirmed what we knew. Our HVAC needed to be replaced. More importantly, he made sure he explained everything he was seeing, load tested for the new unit and was exceeding polite and professional. The install techs came the next day and were clean, efficient and also made sure we understood what they were going to do and then at the end what they did. All were wearing masks and gloves and the install techs also brought wipes to wipe down any surface they may have touched inside our home. It was a nice step in these days of social distancing.
