I have been working in the construction field for over 15 years. I have been a foreman for a roofing company for over four years. I am EPA certified though the United States Environmental Protection Agency and I am a certified HVAC technician. A few years ago I opened a remodeling business and have been enjoying watching many different spaces come to life. Kingans remodeling can confidently handle any and all of you constructions projects large or small. "Be very careful. we chose him because he made a big deal about how good his work is and how quickly he can finish projects. JMS started building our home in January of 2019. By October of 2020, he was $100000 over budget and the outside wasn't even completed, additionally, the basement walls were leaking. He spent a year saying he would fix the leaks, then ghosted us. We had to hire a lawyer to get his attention. Now almost 4 years later, the wall is failing and he still refuses to accept responsibility. He gives references who are friends or family. BEWARE."
