The first service tech arrived and viewed the line. He insisted the line could be repaired by soldering the line (patching). I repeated several times that I was informed by other the dryer would also need to be replace as well as discuss if the soldering would be an appropriate fix. The tech insisted his soldering would last longer than the unit itself. He also reported I did not need the dryer replaced, only it is was damaged and/or dirty. He then only repaired/patched the line and recharged the unit. By the evening the soldering did not hold and my air conditioning unit was in the same condition as before. I am glad that Prillaman sent another tech, who agreed with my first plan to repair the unit. He returned the next day with a new dryer as well as replaced the line. I haven't had issues since, I did receive the original bill for first tech. While discussing his failed attempt to repair the air conditioning, Prillaman agreed to not charge for the second service. I later received a bill for both services. After reviewing with billing, they return with the original amount. I was satisfied with the second tech as well as with billing. I am not sure if I would rate the business completely on the first tech, but first impressions stand out more.

Excellent. A service technician, Jeff, was sent out the same day I called. He found the problem, a loose wire on the control board touched another wire, setting the unit up in a heating mode. Jeff identified the problem and had it fixed in about one hour.

They arrived on time and were professional.  They explained the system operation and completed my warranty registrations.  They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete.

Prillaman HVAC  is a professional, customer focused business.  I have been using them for the past three years (purchased house and previous owner had an annual maintenance plan) and have been very pleased with their service.  My regular technician Glenn is knowledgeable, punctual, and a complete professional.  I highly recommend Prillaman HVAC

Glenn technician was absolutely wonderful he was honest and let me know that the system was working perfectly I just needed to be educated on how the heatpump worked he was kind, took time to explain it to me and saved me thousands of dollars!

They found the problem and fixed it.  They were real quick and efficient.  Just a really good company all around
