"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"Mike and his crew arrived promptly on the morning we had scheduled and the workman moved all of the furniture and installed new carpets in my living, dining rooms and hallway; they even offered to replace most of the rug on my stairway with salvaged carpet in good condition from my living room. It looks great, then they spent almost 3 hours cleaning the rugs on my 2nd floor; it looks brand new. As they were leaving, Mike offered to clean our foyer area rug and install padding under it; this took them an additional 20 minutes and there was no extra charge for either the stairway or the foyer rug; the people at MNM are courteous and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price.
