"We are very satisfied with the work performed. We were able to get an appointment in less than a week. Golden Rule washed our house with attached garage, front porch with railing, & out building for a very reasonable price. We will be using Golden Rule again for our pressure washing needs."

"Always contacts me before work is done. Great work is always appreciated!!"

"This company is great. They are very kind, the prices are reasonable, and they make it very easy to schedule an appointment. I easily set everything up over the phone and they were there the next week. The workers were very polite and the job was done quickly but very well. The windows look great and I'm glad I got the pressure cleaning. Every one should check these guys out!

"Very smoothly. The team was always on time, responsive to questions, and did a thorough and complete job and cleaned up afterwards."

"Mr. Hudson and his wife were absolute professionals, and their work was excellent. Mr. Hudson provided a written estimate that was thorough and fair.  He was completely responsive throughout the process -- always returning calls and texts promptly. We had a miscommunication about when the work was to be completed, and when I explained that I needed the work done Wednesday rather than Friday, Mr. Hudson and his wife rearranged their schedules and worked extra hours to make it happen. They also provided good advice about what paints to use, gave me painting tips, and loaned me tools while they worked!  I recommend them very highly. And my house looks beautiful (and the patch in the kitchen ceiling is invisible).

"

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"Fine. Services were provided on time and at cost quoted. Company also provided quote a portion of work we requested and provided a roof analysis that provided some helpful feedback (with pictures so you knew they were not just trying to up-sell)."

"Mr. Sandy was great!  He was always on time and the work was done on time and for a great price."

"

Initially, he seemed like he was very very knowledgeable, very friendly and gave us thoughts that he knew what he was doing. They arrived on time. They're very good. The crew was pretty quick and efficient. One problem I had was they didn't come with enough materials. They had to reschedule for a completion of some. There were some minor issues that we ran into. They were supposed to paint the chimney cap and never actually did that. It's not a big deal but the other thing was the warranty and we kind of had a fight with them for the warranty to actually be processed. The warranty was the big thing and it was a lifetime warranty and I guess there were personal things that came up. It was just basically what I've learned late, but it took us probably eight months to get the warranty to be processed. That was my biggest concern, but the warranty company ensures me that everything is good even though the paperwork has the wrong number on there and I am assuming that's because they had the wrong number initially which is why they didn't have enough material.
