Fast quote, excellent price, and the crew that came were not only super careful & safe, but also had a great attitude about their job. It was the only company that was happy to provide a service. Other places we called sounded reluctant to do the work because of nearby powerlines, but Potter's tree service crew just did careful problem solving & made sure their guys were safe during the whole process. I even felt they should have quoted more & gave them an extra $500 as a thank you bonus.

They did a great job. It's the first time I used this service, but I think it was a little pricey. But the worker was very quick and efficient.

In an area with little to no customer service, this company was a very nice surprise. Timely, honest and polite!

Great service

I hired Potters Tree Service and they removed two trees from my backyard. Left a stump chest high and 3 feet around from the Maple Tree. At a rental property of mine, he drove the big chipper trucks straight into the yard and got stuck. He ended up calling a crane truck to get unstuck after tearing up the yard. Then unbeknownst to me he hired my nephew on as a groundsman, at 19 years old, and handed him a chainsaw. Less than a week into the job, with no training or safety equipment my nephew cut his kneecap in half. Turns out they are not licensed, not insured, and have no compensation for workers. They have multiple OSHA violations. DO NOT HIRE.

I did not hire them for the Hedge trimming job that Home Advisor referred me to them for. I was however familiar with them for the last 2 and 1/2 years. They had removed a tree for me and that's the job I gave them their rating on.

I gave Potter's tree service as a Christmas gift to friends for snow removal. They were wonderful. Did a great job! My friends were beyond happy. I would recommend their service to everyone!

These guys did a great job taking down a tree enclosed in a small yard and wrapped in phone and power lines. Cleaned up all the mess, and at what I felt was a good price. Would recommend them to anyone. Very professional.

Mr. Potter was the first to contact me after I contacted HA. Of the other companies, only one other tried contacting me a wk later. Mr. Potter had his crew out within a day of the appraisal. I think his crew is on a tight schedule so there were some areas of hit and miss with weed eating, but great job pruning some huge bushes.

These folks are very good at what they do. They showed up on time, and got right to work. They even came back for follow up weed/ tree remediation. Great group of guys.
