"Travis was extremely pleasant to work with, always kept in touch to work out timing for the operation,which turned out to be tricky because of this summer frequent downpours.
The removal phase was easy at first, then became very teious in some area. He persisted.
.After a week or more of dry weather, we had a downpour of 3/4 inch of rain on the eve of the scheduled first day for the application of the finish. I was very nervous about the timing, but he assured me it would be okay, guarateed his work for one year and did start by the sunniest area. The next day, he was 3 hours  late because of a personal emergency but did contact me to let me know. He then proceeded to finish the job (by brushing it when his sprater quit).
Knowing and having Travis on the premises was a very good experience. He really tried to satisfy his customer, going as far as helping solve unrelated issues.

"Marcus and Sean were very professional and worked hard to move our belongings to our house without a single scratch in the middle of one of the year's largest snowstorms.  They arrived a little behind schedule because the 3rd mover called out sick, but they stayed for well over the allotted 3 hours to make sure everything was moved.  Marcus and Sean were in good spirits for the entire day and worked non-stop as 7+ inches of snow piled up on our yard and around their truck.  They took great care to make sure most furniture was wrapped and covered so it was not damaged by the moisture, and they allowed us to use their blankets to make sure our floors were not harmed.  None of our belongings, walls, or floors were damaged during the process.  Some of our furniture items were not able to fit in the 16 foot truck, but we fortunately were able to move them ourselves later that week.  The moving truck ended up getting stuck in the snow on our street, and both men remained professional despite having to walk home and pick up their truck the next day.  The two were fantastic workers, and I don't think the move could have gone more smoothly!  Thank you!!
