"TJ and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They arrived on time and completed the repair in the time they estimated. The leak over the garage door trim was stopped and the area has been waterproofed. They did a great job, cleaned up the work area and removed all debris. The repair cost was reasonable. The water leaking in the garage area whenever it rained was a nightmare. We are thankful for professionals like TJ. We would hire him again for other repairs. Thank you."

"Blake did a stellar job at my place with tree removal/replacement, removing overgrown weeds/old mulch, and installing weed barrier/rock. He did a better job solo than I have experienced with hiring a company who sent out multiple guys (who not only did a *very* poor job, they were more interested in suggesting additional work that cost 4x more than the initial fix, which I ended up finishing myself-no thanks). I highly recommend Blake-he is honest, reasonably priced, and does a fantastic, thorough job. Additionally, if you are not sure of the best route to go, he goes above and beyond by listening to challenges, presenting effective solutions, and promptly responds/provides detailed follow-through w/clearly explaining all phases of the job. "As best I can tell they did the roof service ok, and installed the snow catchers. The only problem was that at least 25% of the snow catchers fell durning the winter of 2015. I had someone else come out and reinstall them.

"Wes and Shanta arrived on time, set to work and kept at it until the backyard was cleared of leaves. They then removed a lot of old fire wood that had gone to rot. Love their work ethic. Have used this company several times and will continue to call them back."

"Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!

"The owner arrived with two workers and a truck and trailer. They more than had the capacity to move my items. Initially, I showed them which items needed to be removed. They then, after receiving guidance from the owner set to work. The items were all on the second floor and they were sensitive to not hitting the walls or ceiling. They did not. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was no need for clean up."

"I found Mt. Diablo very easy to work with and I felt that they worked hard to give me a good value. The stone walkway in the front looks much better than the previous walkway. They installed it very quickly and efficiently. The landscaping in the back was just a bit of mulching and a few shrubs but the yard looks more finished now. The big project was removing a cement slab in the back that was too small to be of use and dipped so that it puddled in front of the door during when it rained. The new patio looks tons better and is of a useful size. I think the patio is a tremendous improvement to the house. The crew worked very efficiently and if I had another similar job I would hire them back.

"Original date was snowed out and rescheduled for 2 days later.  Dave (owner) consistently communicated with me that his company would be out 2 days later due to the snow storm.  He contacted me the morning of the move and his workers (Terry, Marcus, and Assad) were very professional and helpful.  Despite the snow and ice, they were extremely careful to keep the furniture clean and safe.  I appreciated the fact that they were able to fit all of the furniture (heavy) into the truck.  I would recommend this company to anyone."
