He did a better job solo than I have experienced with hiring a company who sent out multiple guys (who not only did a *very* poor job, they were more interested in suggesting additional work that cost 4x more than the initial fix, which I ended up finishing myself-no thanks). "As best I can tell they did the roof service ok, and installed the snow catchers. The only problem was that at least 25% of the snow catchers fell durning the winter of 2015. I had someone else come out and reinstall them.

"Travis was extremely pleasant to work with, always kept in touch to work out timing for the operation,which turned out to be tricky because of this summer frequent downpours.
The removal phase was easy at first, then became very teious in some area. He persisted.
.After a week or more of dry weather, we had a downpour of 3/4 inch of rain on the eve of the scheduled first day for the application of the finish. I was very nervous about the timing, but he assured me it would be okay, guarateed his work for one year and did start by the sunniest area. The next day, he was 3 hours  late because of a personal emergency but did contact me to let me know. He then proceeded to finish the job (by brushing it when his sprater quit).
Knowing and having Travis on the premises was a very good experience. He really tried to satisfy his customer, going as far as helping solve unrelated issues.

"Original date was snowed out and rescheduled for 2 days later.  Dave (owner) consistently communicated with me that his company would be out 2 days later due to the snow storm.  He contacted me the morning of the move and his workers (Terry, Marcus, and Assad) were very professional and helpful.  Despite the snow and ice, they were extremely careful to keep the furniture clean and safe.  I appreciated the fact that they were able to fit all of the furniture (heavy) into the truck.  I would recommend this company to anyone."
