My neighbors 50-60 foot tall tree was cut down piece by piece without doing any damage to the house, approximately 10 feet away, a shed, also about 10 feet away and a fence, which was about 5 feet away from the tree. He did a better job solo than I have experienced with hiring a company who sent out multiple guys (who not only did a *very* poor job, they were more interested in suggesting additional work that cost 4x more than the initial fix, which I ended up finishing myself-no thanks).
