When he was done with that, he put in humidifiers at first. The next day, he came with help to apply the mold-prevention treatment before adding fans to aid in drying. "I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and all dirt/stains were removed. However, it took two months to clean the carpet and far more of my time than I had wanted to spend checking on it and trying to pick it up. After three weeks I called to inquire and was told that they had "started" cleaning but hadn't finished. No problem. A couple or three weeks later when I called (no calls from them in the meantime), I was told they couldn't find it but would search and get back to me. The following day they called to say they found it, shortly before they took several days off for the Christmas holiday (no objections). I then had to go to their shop three separate times during published open hours after the New Year before I found someone there. This service is far more trouble to deal with than the value they provide."

"Initially, Steve, the owner of Eastern Floor Covering, provided an in-home detail costs estimate for the entire installation process, item-by-item, with a cost associated with each item. He also included some suggestions of padding products that he found worked best, through his many years of flooring, like (tucking the carpet under each step a little more cost for installation , and a little pricier step padding . His suggestion turned out to be right on target. The final end product was super spectacular. Waking on the steps feel like walking on a cloud. Much better than I anticipated. Both sets of stairs never looked that good. Regarding the installation process: It went like everyone hopes it would go, but never does. A date and time was chosen from a group of available days and times; The lady in the store phoned the day before to remind me of the installation date and time window, the process was started within the time window that I selected, The installers were polite and friendly and understood that I needed to get to my upstairs office during the day. The cleanup process was above par. The removal of the old carpet was quick and the broom was used several times during installation. What a well organized carpeting replacement system! My hat is off to you Steve and your crew."

"Overall it was okay. Ultimately I wasn’t happy with the cleaning of the bathroom and the straw was the half cleaning of the oven. Although my home is two stories they only cleaned the floors (vacuum carpet and mopped wood floors) and 2.5 baths. I kept to the first floor and 1.5 baths and upstairs bedrooms were only used when folks visited. Also, I kept the kitchen and bedrooms in order and clean. The shower floor, tile walls and glass door were never rid of soap scum unless I cleaned them. So this last cleaning I asked Katlyn to skip the second floor and instead remove the oven cleaner from the oven. I specifically asked her to turn on the oven for a few minutes after cleaning then clean again, wipe away the white residue. I came home that evening to find the oven coated with white residue. I have pics but no place to upload here. I text the company and the response was tepid at best."
