"One faucet required locating the inside water line leading to the faucet, and then cutting through paneling and sheetrock to remove and replace the faucet. The work was somewhat messy but they cleaned it up well, replaced the insulation & covered the exposed area with a removeable access panel.
The other faucet was easier to replace and included correcting sloppy work that had been done when the previous faucet had been installed.
The two workers were polite , neat and careful not to track water and mud into the house or basement

"I recently had a new MagicPak System installed through SwiftPro, along with vent cleaning and a digital thermostat and breaker switch installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! David and his team (Alex, Aaron and Oscar!) were professional, efficient, and truly committed to delivering high-quality work. They walked me through the entire process, took great care of me — answered all my questions with patience, and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before they left. The vents are spotless, and the new thermostat is easy to use and a real game-changer for managing my condo’s comfort. I’m beyond impressed with their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. If you're looking for reliable experts, the SwiftPro team is the one to call!!!"

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

No. You should dispose of all oil-based finishing products through a local hazardous waste program. Not only can oil-based finishes be hazardous for the environment if disposed of in the sink, but they can cause clogs in your pipes and stop up your drains. Most municipal garbage or waste disposal companies have a specific location or pick-up schedule for hazardous materials, so that’s your best bet to get rid of excess finishing products.

You can unclog an AC drain line for free if you already have these household ingredients: water, vinegar, and rags. Alternatively, if you’d rather not deal with the mess, you can hire a pro to clear your drain line. If you go that route, an HVAC service call costs between $100 and $250.

Clearing typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on the blockage size and location.

Professional tools include drain snakes, hydro jets, cameras for line inspection, and enzymatic or chemical cleaners for dissolution.

Usually it’s fine to leave a toilet clogged overnight, as long as it’s not close to overflowing. In some cases, the extra time may give the clog time to work itself out. For example, if it’s caused by an excess of toilet paper, letting it sit could result in the clog dissolving and you may be able to simply flush it away by the time you wake up.

Only let it sit though if you have more than one toilet in the home.
