He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. "I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the commitment to delivering exemplary service. As an example, I was having a bathroom tub re-caulked. After they did it, the technician (Ben) said he didn't think the color of the standard caulk looked good, he checked in with me about it, and redid it the next day. One aspect of the project also ended up taking longer than expected and they couldn't get it done in the projected timeframe, but Ben and Marcos made sure that they were there first thing the following day to make sure it got done and I didn't have to wait weeks to get back on the schedule.
