Apparently the chimneys were not very dirty, which we didn't know since we just bought the house. What I felt was missing is to get a professional receipt for the service that was done. This is important for insurance purposes and what we got is a receipt scribbled on a piece of paper, which hopefully will qualify in case there is a chimney fire."
