This is a family owned business since 1974 was owned by my Father. In 1993, upon graduation, I reopened the business back up to carry on the family name after my father suffered a heart attack. My Father still goes on job sites. I have lived in the Salem area 38 years. I Graduated from Glenvar High School.
"Robbie and his team did a great job replacing our roof, and new replacement windows installed. They were always on time each day, courteous and informative. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and hauled away. We recommend this company and will definitely contact them for any future needs."

"What an incredible job done by Erskine. The project was actually to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Not a small job. What a fantastic job he did, start to finish. I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. The final cost was almost right on the money that he quoted. He was very methodical and precise in his work, paying close attention to detail. He cleaned up and even vacuumed every day, so there was no mess or dust. He started the project, saying it would take two weeks, and finished in exactly that amount of time. It is comforting to know that I have someone to help with anything I might need, from brickwork to renovations to repairs to Landscaping! "

"Jimmy Chris and Jeff were great just like all the other folks said. Replaced some old wood windows and storm windows with the Vinyl by Design windows. The windows have made it warmer in winter and cooler in summer and a lot quieter. Professional job. They had to cut one window through stucco, put in the new window and did a fine job of the trim work."

"I have entirely too many kind words for this 999 word limit. After a recent surgery, I took a fall in my closet because there was no space and I found a kit online for a historical Victorian/Edwardian laundry drying system with a rope and pulley. This man literally resurrected a dying form of technology for me. How many handymen can say that? And he did so over multiple trips to both my apartment AND the home improvement stores. He was so kind and so good at his job. He handled everything that this very old, very odd project threw at him with ease. What he built is now my favorite part of my apartment. I would hire him again in a millisecond. Do yourself a favor and hire him for your next project. If he can handle my project, he can handle any project. "

"At first glance, the house looked great after it was cleaned. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was done correctly?. A lot of things were missed. No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."
