"After a day of torrential rain from tropical storm Michael, we discovered a ceiling leak & called Mr. Pierce; his crew had done prior work at our home & suggested we needed a new roof & guttering at that time; hoped to put it off until spring, but realized that waiting wasn't an option. This past week a crew came out & installed a new roof, the next day Seamless Gutters installed new guttering...the roofing crew was top notch, very professional, & did an excellent job on both the roof & clean up afterwards, as did the folks who installed the gutters...we found the pricing to be very fair, & the work was excellent, well pleased w/ our decision. Next project w/ this company will be windows/sliding glass doors..."

"Excellent! This is the second roof Glenn has done for my family. (1st was my home and we were so pleased, when my mother needed a new roof, we went right back to Glenn and his team.) Both times we were completely satisfied. Glenn was great in the initial consultation, he brought samples and made helpful suggestions as to color and style to compliment the home. His crew has been with him many years, they were on time and worked very efficiently. (One neighbor even commented as to how efficient Glenn's team was versus another house in the neighborhood that had also had a new roof installed by different roofer. Glenn was 2 days, the other house was 8 days) The crew was polite and very professional. They cleaned up very very well and even swept the yard with a magnet just to make sure. (Important to us as we have young children that play in the yard quite a bit.) Other things that stick out about the way Shenandoah Home Improvements installs a roof is attention to detail! After replacing all ports and fans on the roof they take the time to paint match them to the roof, which just makes the finish SO nice. Its a small thing, but a great detail. The crew also took the time to mix the packs of shingles to give it a completely uniform appearance with the architectural shingles. Very important as the manufacture's batches can have slight variance during production. Finally Glenn offers a tremendous value! The roof was installed correctly and by a certified roofing contractor with all of the warranty you would expect in a modern roof. You would be hard pressed to find a contractor that could offer the assurance that Glenn does with all of the extras at a better price point. (New roof fan, he added ridge vent, all new ports with the color match.) I appreciate Glenn and his employee's very much and fully intend to use them again in the future!"
