"Over all the job went really well. However, it seemed to take longer than it should. Total Remodeling Systems was very responsive and professional, the work crews were not on time however. I did call the project manager on a Monday night, and the job was completed on Tuesday. I am very happy with the deck. It express high quality and workmanship and have had several compliments on it. "service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
