"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. "Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."
