"I hired a different business outside of HomeAdvisor"

"Communication was superb. Service was excellent. Very prompt with timeframe. Troy Farrar response to my request was fast. And Kevin Gonzales was professional and very clean performing the job. Provided clear, precise instructions and even took away my old toilet for me. Would recommend this company 100% times."

"Excellent communication and follow-up. I would definitely recommend. Great service and quality of work at a great price."

"The job was done quickly and efficiently. I was present when the team did the site preparation. I observed a lot of the work out of curiosity. They worked well as a team. Deliveries of the septic tank and materials for the drain field arrived on time and in coordination with the work being done. Several tactical decisions were made regarding the installation of the drain field to speed up the job in an effort to remain ahead of the weather. This gave them time to fill in the trenches, smooth the surface, plant seed that we requested, and cover the seed with straw before the rain came. Otherwise, we would have had a muddy mess. Well done!"

"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Owen did a great job and I'll definitely reach back out to The Pipe Doctor for future plumbing needs!"

"I hired Shawn to replace my water heater. He was fantastic- Sean and Kyle showed up exactly on time, provided excellent service at a competitive price, and provided a better warranty than anybody else around. I'd use them again in a heartbeat."

"I was having an acre cleared out in Spotsylvania, VA. Not only did they show up and get going without hesitation, they cleared and graded the land beautifully. They were amazingly professional and friendly, and I will definitely call them for any and everything I need done from here forward. They were honestly awesome. Thank you to everyone on the Shadowcast crew."

"Very well, completed job on time. Great customer service and professional. Will use again."

"I saw Jonathan Swinging in my neighbors tree about a week ago. After i saw his clean up job from my neighbors property. I got ideas for our property. I called Jonathan and he came out that day to give me an estimate. He gave me 2 prices, first price was if i got the job done this week it would cost 450.00. Second price was 550.00 for anytime after this week. I had to talk to my husband before i could say yes, so i called back that evening and confirmed the day for his crew to come out. Jonathan did the fire pit absolutely free. He said he doesn't spend money on advertisements, that he prefers word of mouth to get his company out there. I would recommend Mad-Family Tree Service to anyone who has any outside project. Jonathan was very knowledgeable on landscaping as well and i have already set up a mulching job for his company after July.

"Called Chris for an emergency bathroom remodel right before Christmas, he was very prompt and was able to accommodate the compressed time frame with out issue. Chris installed the new guest bathroom vanity, new toilet, and reworked the plumbing masterfully in a few short hours. My wife and I truly appreciate his support and perfectionist professionalisms. This was the second time we have asked for Chris's help and will continue to do so in the future.
