"They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate. They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors. Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp. They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company. They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

"I love the professionalism!!! I love that they were on time! They listened to what I wanted!! My carpets needed a DEEP CLEANING! I called helping hands disinfecting and sanitation and set up for cleaning. When I say my carpets look Brand New I mean it!!! I’m definitely going to be calling them back I am completely satisfied! "I was pleased. Because my house is huge, I have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including the $176, it came to $300. They did a good job.
Once we worked out a schedule, they came, it was 2 people, normally she said she has three but one of them was sick. I mean they really worked, they did an excellent job! And then, they hadn't quite finished up at the end of that day, so one more came out the next day and spent another whole day. I could not complain. In fact they're coming tomorrow.
For what they had to do, I would say a B+ for price, no, make that an A.
