"My house was built on a hill with no thought into how the yard was going to be used. The severely sloped yard made it nearly impossible for the kids to play outside. I contacted Legendary Landscapes to help me figure out a solution. Chad, the owner, came over for the initial consultation. I expressed my needs and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He proposed a solution for my yard and explained the steps necessary. I thought i was going to need an expensive retaining wall but Chad suggested a lower cost alternative for me using rip rap that i didn't even know was possible. The proposed price was exactly what i was looking for so the work was scheduled for the following week. Chad and his helper showed up on time and performed the work in 95 degree plus weather (kudos to them, too hot for me!). The work was done on time, 2 days as proposed despite the insane heat, with no surprises or issues. I wasn't sure how good the rip rap wall would look but i was pleasantly surprised with the final product. The work done looks great and my yard looks enormous now! I highly recommend this company, they are going on my speed dial as the first and only call for future landscaping projects.

"We got a quote very quickly. Asked for 40 petcent down Started the the following week. They were done in 3 days with a 26 x 12 ft deck, 15 feet off the ground. It looks great and we are so happy. "TRS nearly completed my sunroom except for a few finish items which they have not attempted to correct after many requests. In review; the cold, dark shell of a room cost me in excess of $280 per/SF (a number greater than what Pulte Homes or any home builder spend to build a finished home). Among other issues; the "supervisor" rarely was on site to address issues that arose with the construction or didn't coordinate with my electrical contractor, items in the contract never materialized like a dumpster and the laborers used my wheelbarrow to mix cement, etc.
