"Steven and Derik replaced a large existing wood deck with composite lumber. Also added pebbles under deck and replaced lattice around the deck. The work involved a significent challenge in lifting and decking under an existing outdoor kitchen. York River Outdoors did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship was better than most other contractors and their work ethic was outstanding. They maintained excellant communication and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner. They exceeded all expectations and I would recommend them for any outdoor improvement."

"We recently hired JM Concrete LLC to work on our patio, and we were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the very beginning, they were prompt in responding to our inquiry, setting a positive tone for the entire project. They took extra care to protect our lawn during the construction by using boards, which demonstrated their attention to detail and respect for our property. The work was completed on time, and we found their pricing to be fair and transparent. We highly recommend JM Concrete LLC for anyone looking for quality and reliable service at a reasonable price.â"

"We reached out and were able to coordinate Francisco coming out for a quote. Got a quote that day. We decided to move forward a few days later and they started that week. The process was very quick and easy. Francisco made sure to ask about colors and finish that we wanted, and listened to all of the details we specified originally (like rounded edges). We love the patio and have already received many compliments on it!"

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Patio was poured and finished in one day! It looks great!!! Would definitely use Forever Concrete Team for any concrete work in the future!"

"Kenny was great to deal with.  He worked hard and did a wonderful job.  We were well pleased with the work and the price.  Kenny worked 8 consecutive days until all of the work was done (aside from one rainy day).  He was prompt and made sure he conferred with me about anything that altered from the original agreement.  Kenny told me he would treat my house as he would treat his own and did just that.  I don't believe I could have hired a better brick mason.

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"Very professional in all aspects of project from meeting to discuss project to after construction meeting to tie up the project and make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. The entire 4 man team was as nice and professional as they could have been. The new walkway and adjoining patio are even better than I could have imagined! Totally recommend this company to others and I would definitely use them again if the need arose. A+++++++"

"Fernando and Amelia did an excellent Job. Fernando was very responsive in the bid process and took the time to explain the options to us. Fernando followed up on a timely basis to answer all our questions. They were punctual and did a quality job. I would definitely hire them again!"
