My job was too small for them, but they still went through the effort to find someone who could do the work and person they found did a great job!

Replied to all my questions in a timely manner. Showed up ahead of scheduled appointment. They did great work! I'm very pleased with my driveway extension. I will definitely refer them to others for service. #Happy customer

Very professional in all aspects of project from meeting to discuss project to after construction meeting to tie up the project and make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. The entire 4 man team was as nice and professional as they could have been. The new walkway and adjoining patio are even better than I could have imagined! Totally recommend this company to others and I would definitely use them again if the need arose. A+++++++

Excellent craftsmanship. Steve, Laura, and the whole team were among the best we’ve worked with. They were always prompt and communicated clearly the proposal of how the work would be completed; they even worked in the rain setting concrete. The work was fantastic and they did an awesome job on the cleanup and regrading. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any type of concrete construction. They were here when they said they be and complete in the time they promised even with a rain day. The work was incredible and the cleanup even better. Extend concrete driveway

Both Steve and Laura were responsive, punctual, great at what they do. Steve took his time to truly evaluate our Co-Op’s issue, and his expertise was evident. They even helped our co-op with a last minute project! Both Steve and Laura are an absolute pleasure, and we are planning a larger project with them in early 2020. I would highly recommend Comblentz for any concrete work, whether new construction or repair. Their price was quite reasonable, and the work was done professionally. The owner of Coblentz Construction and Concrete came over the same day my husband called and provided an estimate. Once we agreed to have the work done, they set up an appointment for the following Monday. They arrived promptly, cleared out all the old concrete and poured a new section. They came back the next day to complete the work. We are very satisfied.

I contacted three companies to get bids on work required. Steve Coblentz (president of company) was the first to respond. He personally came out to inspect the work required and we discussed various options he put forward. Although his bid was not the lowest I was very impressed with our meeting. After receiving the various bids I decided to award Coblentz Construction the work. The work took three days to complete. Each day Steve would let me know what time to expect his work crew. If there was any delay in the projected time line I would get a call from his office explaining the delay and stating the new arrival time (this happened only once). He always took time to answer any questions that I had. I found his entire work crew to be friendly & courteous at all times. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and on the final day made sure that any items which were removed from the open car port had been put back in place. I found the price quoted for the entire job to be well within my planning limitations and there were no surprises with hidden last minute cost adjustments. I would highly recommend Coblentz Construction to my friends and neighbors and would higher them again for any additional home improvements I plan down the road. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
