"Two men arrived on time and quickly moved the items I indicated into the garage. They stacked and arranged everything neatly and did not damage or break anything. They were polite, worked diligently and efficiently  and did not hesitate to check with me when they were not quite certain of what was required or expected. There are two reasons I graded them B in professionalism. First, one of the men asked to use the bathroom on arrival. It is my expectation that workers stop in route at a fast food place or some other such facility for that activity and arrive ready to work - not wander around my home. That's just me. Second, I signed the invoice on their smart phone and was told I would get the receipt via email. It has not arrived (when I do this in Nordie's the receipt shows up before I get out of the store). Bottom line . . . the work and price was as advertised. It is my plan to use them again to bring the furniture back in from the garage once the water damage is taken care of and the new flooring is installed."

"Their price was lower than everyone else. They were able to come and do it when we needed it done. If I had an issue they would come back an take care of it. There was one issue I overlooked and they came back and took care of it. The guy was very nice and I trusted him. The guy fixed our doorbell by going to home depot, buying one, and installing it but just charged us for the doorbell and not for labor. The price was reasonable for the amount of work we wanted done, even though it had been a little more work than he anticipated, he didn't charge us an astronomical price."
