He suggested a mowing schedule to keep the grass from getting overgrown while limiting the amount of times it needed to be maintained. RESPONSIVENESS: He was able to get to the lot the same day we communicated. HONESTY & PROFESSIONALISM: Since I don't live close by, Joey provided before and after pictures to verify how overgrown the lot was and how it looked after mowing.
