He promptly told me he recommends every 10 years unless something happens like a furnace goes bad and makes a mess through the duct system. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.
