"Young man was here 4 hrs and had to put in 2 parts for my unit to work. He was very nice, but in training, use the phone to get help. The only thing that I did not like, I asked for Patrick to do the service and when this man came to my door, he told me that Patrick no long works for your company, I should have been told that when I set up the appointment, I have done may years with your company and I was very upset that no one told me that Patrick did not work there anymore. After we started talking and me asking questions James was able to give me an outstanding price on a whole house Generac generator with panel upgrade and included a whole house surge protector. They ran into additional costs with running the gas line but James kept to his word and honored the original price! The crew were professional and proficient in their work!
