I have used Affordable Quality Wash for over 10 years for everything from my house, deck and fencing. They are trustworthy, respectful and do a great job.

Brian's been doing my power washing for 20+ years. I won't use anyone else. His crew is honest, efficient and delivers excellent customer service.

Contacted Brian in February do schedule a winter special he was running. Due the the bad weather, we had to postpone work until the weather improved.
After contacting Brian several times, he performed the work the following week.He did a great job and was nice to deal with.
The only recommendation I would have, would be to communicate more closely with the customer during the process. I would recommend him and will use him in the future.

I have used Affordable Quality Wash for several years on two different homes and I must say that previous work was excellent. For the past two years, I have seen a decline in the quality and the value of this service. Last year, I actually went with a different service company because when I requested an estimate, the previous cost of $150 jumped up to $200 (1800 sq ft) to cover the cost of gas said the owner. I explained that I had been a customer for over 7 years and I would like to have a discount. Rather then try and work with me on a fair price given I have given him a ton of business with friends, he would rather lose a sale altogether. In this economy that says alot about him!

This most recent time was the final let down. When I asked for an estimate this year, the cost was 175 now from the 200 that was quoted the several years before however agreed. I looked over the work after the two teenagers left and I noticed that they killed two newly planted bushes and ripped off new bubs coming up because they were dragging the heavy hose across my new flower beds. Then I noticed they knocked over some solar lights near the pavement, that had fallen and broke. One of the other solar lights top was completely ripped from the stake and lying on the ground.

I called the owner who sounded like he could care less and with his tone was unprofessional. He went on about how I must have done the damage and that his employees would have let him know of the situation. I don't think teenagers who break something in a clients yard are going to fess up that they actually did the damage. He still insisted that they were innocent. I let him know that I left in the morning and everything was fine because my dog goes out to the bathroom in that part of the yard and it was something that I notice and when I came home it was different.

I let him know that I was deducting $25.00 to replace the solar lights and the damage to the flowers however each plant was more than that. I also let him know that I won't be using his service anymore because of the unprofessionalism that I have received and the fact that now all of my window trim on the house now have black mildew stains all over them and needs to be cleaned again but by someone who actually can clean the house correctly.

Next time, believe your customers and treat them with respect.

It turned out excellent. The price was good. The people were great. When they were done, they even washed my car with their pressure washer.

The experience was a very good one, very professional, on time.

Five years ago we completely remodeled our home's exterior with new vinyl siding, windows, doors, gutters, and a roof but we had not washed it since. However, after seeing the forecast for several days of good weather in November, I finally called Affordable Quality Wash on a Friday, and as promised, they showed up on-time mid-morning on Monday. Needless to say, I feared some of the dirty areas were going to remain permanently stained but Steve took a close look at these areas and felt confident they would clean-up well. They got right to work dealing with the upper floor and worked their way down to the first floor siding and the particularly dirty window and sills. Soon after, Steve split off to clean the detached garage while Jeremiah washed the brick foundation and front porch and steps. Steve even washed the brick surround of our paver-style patio which was above-and-beyond the work agreed to for the price. In the end, after working around 3 1/2 hours, Steve was correct; the entire house cleaned up very, very well and no dirt / grime or stains remained in any of the areas I was particularly concerned about. They even treated / eliminated some unsightly green mold growing on portions of the north-facing roof; again, above-and-beyond. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the promptness of their response, quality of their work, and price for their services. In fact, after seeing their work on our house, two neighbors asked him for quotes before Steve packed up his gear and left. We will definitely use them again.

Came while we were gone . I had previously moved everything out of the way and they came and did the work. Work area was left clean and all pressure washed areas are clean. Cracks in aggregate driveway areas were filled and all aggregate areas were sealed to complete the work. They left voice message about cure time on the coating and when to use driveway again.

Great work. Got rid of some very troublesome stains. House now looks great! He and his guys were right on time, very professional and friendly. Hard workers.

Steve was responsive, polite and punctual with furnishing a quote. The crew showed up as scheduled, did a fantastic job, and left nary a trace that they were there besides a clean house. I even sent him a thank you note when I mailed my check because they did such a great job! I've been happy to refer Steve to everyone in the cul de sac.

We have used them for several years. We do not have to be home. They take off & put back all the flower pots on each deck. About 10 am each deck. They do an excellent job.

Great job. Came while at work and left invoice. Very convenient.
