"The project went extremely well from the start of tearing out plaster walls, since this was an older home, to the finishng touches on the paint. This was a complete gut and do-over from floor to ceiling including electrical and plumbing. The workers are very, very knowledgeable and professional. Also they keep everything very neat , and clean after themselves. Also, they are very friendly and trustworthy as we would leave the house often while they were working. Mr. Dunn took care of eveything by picking colors , flooring, and hardware, saving us a lot of time. He has very good taste ! "

"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! "The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
