"Everything turned out well in the end. They had a few problems on the way but they fixed them. We’ve had them out for different things like the furnace, air conditioning and things like that. The main problem this time was, it wasn’t the same person that came out each time. One person made a mistake and then someone else had to come out and fix it. The person who made the mistake should have noticed they were doing something wrong. I don’t know if they were less experienced or if they didn’t pay attention or what it was. When we called and said there was a problem, they did get it corrected. They sent out somebody I guess with more experience and he took care of it. Overall I’m happy and would use them again. They did our furnace several years ago. I haven’t called or compared their prices to anyone. I have talked to friends who have had similar things done and they said the price is probably about right. It wasn’t a very professional way to did it though. I would use their services again in the future."

As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"It was wonderful. I spent quite a bit more than the big deal and it was for an additional I can't remember what it is called. The air duct cleaning was great and then when we talked about this other addition to the system I went along with it because I have animals in the house and I have bad allergies and I wasn't sure after I got it, if it was good investment since then I have changed my mind, it is an excellent investment and it repaired my air completely and my health is much better from having it. SCHEDULE ME RIGHT AWAY, THEY HAD A TECH WORKING ON THE AREA AND THEY
SEND HIM WITHING 2 HOURS, THE TECHNICIAND DIAGNOSED THE CAPASITOR AND
THE CONTACTOR TO BE DEFFECTIVE, HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE CHARGES AND I
AGREED TO THE PRICE HE INSTALLED THE PARTS AND TESTE THE UNIT FOR
PROPPER REFRIGERANT CHARGE, EVERYTHING WAS UP TO PERFORMANCE AND MY
HOUSE STARTED TO COOL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY,
I WILL CALL THEM EVERYTIME IF I NEED SERVICE ON MY HOME APPLIANCES OR
HVAC SYSTEM AGAIN.
THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESIONAL HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME EVERY SINGLE THING THAT HE CHECKED AND SHOWED ME THE DEFFECTIVE PARTS, I COULD SEE THE CAPASITOR ALL INFLATED READY TO EXPLODE AND THE CONTACTOR WITH BLACK BURN SPOTS, TO ME THAT HE DID A GREAT JOB AND HE WAS VERY HONEST EXPLAINING ALL WHAT HE FOUND.
