Yes, in many cases, gazebos can increase your property value—as long as they’re in good condition. From a buyer’s perspective, the most appealing gazebos are large, well-designed, and built with high-quality materials. Having extra features—like built-in seating or electrical outlets—will also impress some buyers. Small, flimsy, or run-down gazebos won’t be as attractive.

While installing a carport will have only a slight, if any, bearing on increasing the selling price of your home, simply having a high-quality and well-maintained carport can improve the selling appeal to would-be house buyers.
