The techs do a great job when they come out here. I've had Jeremy, Keyshawn Johnson, Shawn Walker and Steven Lopez come to my home. They are all knowledgeable experienced and very helpful on both the quarterly service and follow up calls. Definitely a good crew. They do what you ask and make good suggestions. The customer service office is very good too always very helpful. If there was one issue it was that one time I needed service for ants but they had to schedule it out a week because of a backlog. Fortunately it wasn't critical. They always try to help you.

My experience with Senate Termite & Pest Control has been absolutely disappointing from the start. From the first visit to my residence, they were dishonest and basically playing into my fear of rodents to sign off on the worst contract I have ever locked myself into. They even suggested that I get additional services from them to do an independent preventative project outside of the initial contract with one time cost of over $1,000 dollars that was completely unnecessary. Before Senate came to perform their first service visit to my residence I went to Home Depot and bought rodent bait traps and repellent spray and laid them around my house in areas that were recommended in a google search. Before Senate came, I was able to catch 3 mice with the traps I laid which months later turned out to be the only ones caught in my house as well as I haven't seen any live rodents since. Upon Senate's first service visit to my residence, which initially cost over $300, the only services performed was laying down traps exactly where I put my traps and spraying my house exactly as I did. The service worker even stated that they hope they didn't see any rodents during the visit. Since then, I never scheduled any follow up for routine visits but yet Senate employees keep arriving at my residence on dates of their choosing. I just submitted a formal email asking that they cease and desist from visiting my residence. I hope that the email will cause Senate to stop services because I called them yesterday when a Senate employee visited my residence when I wasn't there and was able to gain entry by my disabled mother and the response was absolutely rude, unprofessional, and ended up ignoring my request by stating "I will make sure we call you before we come" followed by hanging up on me. I hope this review prevents other potential clients from getting scammed and harassed by Senate Termite & Pest Control.

While preparing our house for a resale I had discovered small bugs in our back yard that very much resembled termites. We immediately called Senate Termite and Pest Control to come and do inspection and treatment if need be. The technician came to the house and recommended that we treat for a live termite infestation. We agreed, as we are by no means pest control experts. We were quoted $1680 but told that the invoice would be sent to the title company to be paid at closing. They said that per standard business practice, they needed a credit card number on file. Although we questioned this practice, we signed the contract and gave them our card number. They came out the following day and treated for a live termite infestation. The report that they sent to our real estate agent, however, concluded that there was neither an inspection performed nor an infestation. After many phone calls and many different responses from various employees (Kevin, Ron, John, and AJ, to name a few) we were finally told that we did not have an active infestation and that we had signed up for a preventative treatment. This is not what was represented to us as consumers. We were misled into believing that we had an active infestation. On top of it, they failed to send an invoice to the title company to be paid at closing and charged the full amount to our bank within 48 hours of work performed.

I had a terrible experience with Senate Termite and Pest Control. The owner/president of the company is, first of all, an *** hole with no care for customer service. Twice I have had a run-in with him following poor service by his staff. In the second instance, which was a deal breaker, they sprayed chemicals near the fan that feeds one room in the house. This ended up blowing the chemical into the room. Bearing in mind the corrosive nature of the chemical (i had a sore throat within 2 hours of silently inhaling this chemical) I called them for a solution and he, Nick the owner (apparently they have several Nicks there) gave me a headache with his denial. I would not recommend this firm. I have 6 month old in the house that should not under any circumstances be exposed to chemicals. He, Nick, refused to heed my complaints. I have since cancelled my contract with them.

Awesome. It was a relief to know that I didn't have termites, and now that I have Senate's termite insurance policy, I know that I'll never have to pay a huge out-of-pocket expense for termite treatment, if I get them. The staff was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who owns a home. When this excellent, affordable coverage is available, why put yourself through the stress of not having it?
