She attended both Louisiana State University & University of Florida. After college, Linda began a 10-year career specializing in real estate and probate law working with two premiere law firms in Orlando. Through this endeavor Linda began to sell probate real estate and eventually obtained her real estate license and moved into real estate sales full-time. Linda has over 23 years of experience working in the real estate industry in Central Florida. Linda has her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation as well as her Luxury Home designation through the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

It was horrible service. My husband recently retired from the military and I am active duty military. We plan to leave our post soon and start a new life in Florida. According to reviews we sent Mrs. Hutchinson an inquiry email on her services on renting a home and then purchasing a home. Her only response at first was "If we had jobs in Florida." I answered no, because I am active duty and he is a retired veteran. She never responded back to me. I waited and waited and nothing. I finally sent her a email letting her know that her lack of professionalism, lack of response, and manners were extremely unacceptable. She finally sent a email back saying that something was going on with her family. That's understandable that someone would take time off to deal with family issues, but where was the courtesy? Where was a short email that she would be out of the office and would get back to us when she could? I honestly don't believe her and believe that she just blew us off. To add salt to the wound, she actually put in bold that we would need jobs to get a house. 1) I'm not stupid, 2) I have a job, I'm active duty military and my husband gets a retirement check from the military. We both have served our time for this country and I do not appreciate how I was treated. I would never recommend this woman to anyone. Shame on you Mrs. Hutchinson.

"I deal in the facts and this is my response to [member name removed] comments: 1. I do not represent tenants and when first contacted by [member name removed] I was told that she was considering BUYING a home. I NEVER MET OR REPRESENTED [member name removed]. I was not EMPLOYED by nor REQUESTED this work. Email correspondence ensued but it was obvious I could not help her due to the lack of employment or proof of funds. I DID RESPOND to this prospect and made it clear that she needed employment to qualify for a residence in the State of Florida. 2. I HAVE A PROUD HISTORY OF SERVING MILITARY CLIENTS. I consider it an honor. In addition, my family is actively involved in military service to the US. We had a retired POW and 1ST LT. Air Force. I am also the proud Aunt of an ACTIVE Naval Commander and the surviving Aunt of a member of the 101st Airborne who paid the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq. THIS IS ONE PART OF MY LIFE IN WHICH I WILL REMAIN FIERCELY PROCTECTIVE. I do not take a soldier’s service to our country lightly and this is one area that I am proud to say the Parvin-Hutchinson family excels. 3. Though I respect and honor the sacrifice of everyone who has served in the military, the rules of home financing apply to veterans as well as the general public. 4. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW TO ALSO LOOK AT MY OTHER REVIEWS WHICH ARE “A” RATED AND PROVIDED BY PEOPLE WHO I HAVE ACTUALLY SERVED WITH HONOR, COURTESY AND RESPECT. 5. This changed from a buying prospect to a tenant prospect. I clearly do not represent tenants. At the heart of this whole thing is that I simply don’t work with tenants and most real estate agents in Central Florida don’t work the tenant market. I DO represent Landlords and Buyers and Sellers of real estate. 6. There was a crisis in our family and I won’t dignify the unkind comment that questioned my honesty. I find this one of the saddest things said on this review. 7. Finally, I TRULY WISH THE BEST TO [member name removed]. I HAVE NO ILL WILL AND I WISH GOOD THINGS FOR THE [member name removed] FAMILY WITH THEIR MOVE TO ORLANDO. May God bless you all."

I went on Angie's List to find a great realtor and that's exactly what I found in Linda!  Upon hiring Linda I gave her all of the do's and dont's that I wanted in a tenant and Linda did a good job in working with that.  She advised me professionally and honestly when she had ideas regarding pricing and the stipulations on the tenants (for ex. Pets).  This was all good advice that I considered when determining weather or not I should forego some of my stipulations and still be able to find a good quality tenant.  The townhouse took just a little bit longer to rent but I had faith in Linda and she pulled through successfully.  She was able to show me rental data in my area regarding the competition out there and what we had to do in order to stay competitive on our end!  She was very creative in her marketing of my townhouse on-line.  She had good capturing word copy that really accented the special features of my home (courtyard) and she had just the right amount of photos!  Linda always always replied in a timely manner and even well into the night!  She always kept me updated on any kind of news and provided me with consistent feedback from potential tenants or just onlookers.  Another good thing about Linda is that unlike having to pay a property manager every month even when you don't use them, I can call Linda for occasional property needs and she will only charge a fee for that one time.  Also there are no hidden fees with Linda or additional fees, she just charges the one time standard fee.  Her tenant lease is also extremely thorough, detailed and well written!  I will definitely hire her back for my quarterly inspections.  Linda did a great job in finding me a quality tenant and as they say in Millon Dollar Listing NY, "I got full asking!"  I am so pleased with my tenants!  I am a very picky consumer and am so happy I found Linda!  Thank you very much Linda for answering all of my questions and for all of your hard work!!

Linda was a very professional and effective real estate agent for the purchase of our first ever house in FL.  As we live part of the year in VA this was a long distance transaction and was handled very effectively by Linda.  She is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and provided excellent service.  Linda stayed in contact with us every step of the way.  If we ever purchase another home in FL, we will definitely contact Linda.  We've been very happy with our FL home purchase and consider Linda a friend.

Linda did an awesome job of presenting properties for purchase,. She asked all the right questions to identify the important criteria and then found properties that matched what we were looking for - no time wasted in looking at houses that didn't meet our needs.



She has also worked with both of our children and their families to find just eh right home................at varying price points and with very different criteria.

Linda was very professional and easy to work with. She communicates a lot with her clients. She attends every showing and every home inspection and every little thing. She saw to it that no details were overlooked and was able to help us negotiate a great price. She has something like 30 years of experience in real estate and she knows her stuff. Driving around to look at houses with her was really funny because she would point to houses as we were driving and would say, "I sold that house" or "I've shown that house" or "I listed that house and sold it to so and so 10 years ago and they just had their third child." She knows Orlando like the back of her hand. She was wonderful to work with and someone we will definitely do business with again in the future.
