I went on Angie's List to find a great realtor and that's exactly what I found in Linda!  Upon hiring Linda I gave her all of the do's and dont's that I wanted in a tenant and Linda did a good job in working with that.  She advised me professionally and honestly when she had ideas regarding pricing and the stipulations on the tenants (for ex. Pets).  This was all good advice that I considered when determining weather or not I should forego some of my stipulations and still be able to find a good quality tenant.  The townhouse took just a little bit longer to rent but I had faith in Linda and she pulled through successfully.  She was able to show me rental data in my area regarding the competition out there and what we had to do in order to stay competitive on our end!  She was very creative in her marketing of my townhouse on-line.  She had good capturing word copy that really accented the special features of my home (courtyard) and she had just the right amount of photos!  Linda always always replied in a timely manner and even well into the night!  She always kept me updated on any kind of news and provided me with consistent feedback from potential tenants or just onlookers.  Another good thing about Linda is that unlike having to pay a property manager every month even when you don't use them, I can call Linda for occasional property needs and she will only charge a fee for that one time.  Also there are no hidden fees with Linda or additional fees, she just charges the one time standard fee.  Her tenant lease is also extremely thorough, detailed and well written!  I will definitely hire her back for my quarterly inspections.  Linda did a great job in finding me a quality tenant and as they say in Millon Dollar Listing NY, "I got full asking!"  I am so pleased with my tenants!  I am a very picky consumer and am so happy I found Linda!  Thank you very much Linda for answering all of my questions and for all of your hard work!!

Linda was a very professional and effective real estate agent for the purchase of our first ever house in FL.  As we live part of the year in VA this was a long distance transaction and was handled very effectively by Linda.  She is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and provided excellent service.  Linda stayed in contact with us every step of the way.  If we ever purchase another home in FL, we will definitely contact Linda.  We've been very happy with our FL home purchase and consider Linda a friend.

Linda did an awesome job of presenting properties for purchase,. She asked all the right questions to identify the important criteria and then found properties that matched what we were looking for - no time wasted in looking at houses that didn't meet our needs.



She has also worked with both of our children and their families to find just eh right home................at varying price points and with very different criteria.

Linda was very professional and easy to work with. She communicates a lot with her clients. She attends every showing and every home inspection and every little thing. She saw to it that no details were overlooked and was able to help us negotiate a great price. She has something like 30 years of experience in real estate and she knows her stuff. Driving around to look at houses with her was really funny because she would point to houses as we were driving and would say, "I sold that house" or "I've shown that house" or "I listed that house and sold it to so and so 10 years ago and they just had their third child." She knows Orlando like the back of her hand. She was wonderful to work with and someone we will definitely do business with again in the future.
