Owner Oscar Cuzmar oversaw the entire process. He brought the roof into code compliance by installing air vents on the rear and front roof eaves.  Also, I took his recommendation to replace a damaged attic fan with air vents along the top ridge of the roof, ensuring proper ventilation the attic had lacked.  After his final inspection, he brought his team back for two hours for some additional remediation and gutter cleaning.  My attic was thoroughly cleaned and all debris removed from my property.  No damage had occurred to my shrubs or plants during the process.  Oscar's price closely matched his original estimate, increasing only because of the decision midway to add the ridge vents.  He  gave an excellent, transferable guarantee. I would definitely use Riverside again; in fact, I have already hired them for other lesser jobs at my house.

Provider did a great job with the project.  The framers framed out my porch and had it under roof in one day.  The roofers stripped my old shingles off of my existing home and reshingled the entire project in one day.  This was key because a huge storm was due to hit around 3pm.  I had visions of water pouring into my house.  Thankfully, they delivered as promised.  they fiished with the roof before the rain came.  I have never had a leak or any issues with the roof.  They also removed the old vinyl siding and installed new siding.  It made our project look that much better when it was complete.  We enjoy our front porch daily.  It has changed the entire curb appeal of our home.

I didn't think any of these projects were easy and straightforward.  He and his helper Alex worked efficiently and quickly and did an outstanding job.  I was impressed at how thoroughly they cleaned up when they were finished. The shelves took longer than expected and since Oscar charges by the job, not hour, there was no additional cost.  He also noticed some mold on an exterior garage wall and sprayed Kilz on it.
Hanging the light fixture on a slanted ceiling was tricky.  There was no where to lean a ladder to get up there.  So they took a sturdy board and positioned it between two upstairs points and worked from there.  The light looks great and I could not be happier with the job.  I would absolutely refer friends to him.

We were selling our Centreville home and the home inspection found water damage from a leak in the roof.  Our real estate agent referred us to Oscar from Riverside Home Exteriors.  He got in touch with us fast, got us a more than reasonable quote and his crew was fixing the roof within a day or so.  They worked quickly, very neat, and took before / after pictures that we could give to the buyer.  You can?t even tell where the repair was done on the roof, doesn?t look like patchwork. The work done on the chimney cap was complimented on by many of our neighbors (who would have thought!).    We were so happy with the service we passed on their business cards to several of our neighbors and friends. 
Hopefully we can get Oscar down to Fredericksburg to do some work on our new home.
