"Brad was professional, punctual and personable. Initially I showed him some bricks that were either loose or totally off our front steps to our house. We also needed some repair on a brick walkway set in mortar. Upon his extra thorough inspection of the steps, many more bricks were slightly loose. He gave me many options. He told me that the labor costs would be more extensive to repair all the bricks on the treads and suggested a solid stone tread. He offered options on this product and layout. The project turned out beautifully and looks like it should have always had the stone on the treads. He also pressure washed and sealed the walkway and stoop vastly improving the look. We built our house in 1995 and this was all original."

"This was about the fourth time we have hired Chad Hurry for landscaping services. In the past, he did a curved paver sidewalk, circular large circular raised planters that coordinate with stacked stone and paver retaining walls in the front ditch and sides and back of our house, two patios on either side of the back deck, and total landscaping (with large rocks and plants) of the front yard. People have actually stopped and taken pictures of our yard. So, when we decided to add a walkway to the side of our house and remove a dying tree and re-landscape, we did not bother to call anyone else... just called Chad. Why mess with success? "Highly recommended! I contracted with Brick Solutions owner, Joe Walls, to have a badly damaged concrete driveway replaced with brick pavers. I had previously gotten estimates for replacing the driveway with new concrete but I was concerned about damaging the roots of a very old tulip poplar tree adjacent to the driveway. When the concrete contractor informed me if he didn?t cut the roots he couldn?t guarantee the concrete but if he did cut the roots he could not guarantee the tree would survive, I decided to go with brick. Joe said he could do the driveway without damaging the roots. He broke up the old concrete with a jackhammer rather than bringing in heavy equipment. We consulted with an arborist who told Joe what could or could not be cut. When our plan to save a portion of the old concrete did not work out because it was too cracked Joe volunteered to break it up and replace it with brick at no extra charge. He worked carefully, followed all out suggestions, and managed to give us a smooth brick driveway that looks much better than what we had before. In short, Brick Solutions did a great job for a reasonable price and it was pleasure to work with Joe.
