We were preapproved for the full amount but they required an additional $1000 to get everything started, we agreed. A few days later, we hadn?t heard back from anyone so we called, the manager told us they needed to put us on a three-way conference with the credit card company to receive an account number on the preapproved credit so they could actually charge the $14,500. This meant opening up the account as a trade line on my credit but they assured me that my roof would have an install date as soon as I paid the $1000. After paying the $1000, Nathaniel called me to tell me they made an error and they underestimated my contract and they needed an additional $25,000. Now we are screwed."

He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! Emergency claims will be addressed within 24 hours from time claim is submitted and non-emergency claims will be addressed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. During nights and weekends non-emergency claims will not receive a call back until the next business day. Our service call deductibles range from $65 - $75.

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
