Rick came by, looked at what I wanted moved and gave me a written quote on the spot (some companies try to do this over the phone & later try to charge you more). After he left I noticed that there was a coupon on Angie's list for 10% off, I called Rick and he didn't have any problem honoring the coupon. They arrived with 5 guys and moved our furniture taking care not to damage anything. That was the most important thing to me because I've had damage in the past and its hard to collect any insurance, and even if you do they rarely give you replacement value for items.
