Our yard was out of control with so much debris and trash due to illness and they were so kind and professional in taking care of this. I would highly recommend to anyone. We will be calling them again for future services especially since they do so much in such a wide range of things. "CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."

"It was good. There were certain things that weren't covered under the plan. I'm not sure if they cut the bushes down in the back around the fence. I had to pay extra for that. They should try get me to know the schedule so I know when they're coming and when they're not coming. Other than that, it takes time to get the workers together. I like Patrick and he's the owner. The thing in the firepit was included with the mulch but he said I had to pay for the materials."

"I recommend Marshall's Tree Service to everyone. The owners customer service is 5 stars as well as their staff. The tree cutters are professional,. One has been with them over 15 years. They have new equipment which is a plus. You could not tell heavy equipment was driven along side my house into the back yard, I was very pleased. They cleaned up everything. I received 5 quotes in Virginia Beach and Marshall's quote was by far less expensive. I've had tress cut by other companies that I would never call back. Even though Marshall's is based is on the Eastern Shore they where here in time and started right away. Hire Marshall's you'll be pleasantly surprised, I promuse!"
