"Ken was very nice and helpful with my questions about dumpsters,keeps you informed about time frame of arrival and will even txt you when there an hour out,not sure to many ppl do that these days so that was a plus.I would 💯 say if you need a dumpster for removal this is the place to get it from,from curtious ppl to just hand down the whole experience as this was my first time ever renting one,BIG PlUS he has no weight restriction on dumpster, you heard it right no weight restriction,so ask yourself why would you go anywhere else other than Five Star Sanitation. No deposit either straight out of the gate with upfront prices,with no surprises. I honestly can't wait till my next project,as Ken will be the first person I call. "The service itself was excellent. However, they billed me for an extra month, and said that their billing cycle runs from the 15th to the 15th--after the end of the service term. Therefore, because I needed services for calendar months (running from the first of the month to the last of the month), I evidently was billed for two weeks extra on the front end and two weeks extra on the backend. I'm a small family farm owner and can't afford this kind of thing. Unfortunately this billing policy was not disclosed until the end of service."

"It did not go well. Our mirror to a curio was broken and they hid it. Instead of admitting they broke it they hid it. Not only did they break the mirror but when they cut themselves they bled on my wing chair which went to a sofa and love seat which had never been sat on. They turned the cushion so we would not see it and by laying the blood side down it also got on the chair covering under the cushion. Had they told us maybe it could have been cleaned but have tried everything to get the stain out. It is very large spots. They lied and hid what they done. They chipped our bedroom lamp and turned it to the back so we could not see it. They also put something heavy on our coffee table and end tables which were brass and glass. The frames were bent crooked. we had to throw the coffee table away and the end tables need replaced. Also broke a chest of drawers apart and made gouges and scratches on my cherry bedroom furniture. would I hire them again? Absolutely NO. This is a warning DO NOT USE THEM.I expected better for the amount paid"

"The dumpster was delivered very quickly, and the company proved to be quite patient and understanding as to all the weather, materials & manpower delays for our project. Pick-up was also handled very quickly. Ron is very easy and professional to deal with. Highly recommend this company for all containers needs."
