He always shows up on time, keeps me updated on any issues and his progress and makes sure everything is done correctly. He leaves the houses clean and ready for the next tenant. "They installed our dishwasher where there used to be a cabinet. Our house did not have a dishwasher before so we had gotten the electrical done before Titan came. They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! They were very friendly, great at communicating, and made sure we were satisfied with the job when it was completed. I would highly recommend"

"There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Before committing to this new project, you’re likely weighing the pros and cons of attic fans. The good news is that typical roof vents can only ventilate 150 to 300 square feet per unit, whereas a single attic fan can circulate enough air to vent an entire attic. By moving large volumes of air within and out of the attic space, an attic fan can lower the temperature by 15 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and reduce moisture to prevent mold and mildew.

The square footage of your room will dictate the correct ceiling fan blade size. For example:

  • Rooms smaller than 75 square feet require a fan that is 29 to 36 inches.

  • Rooms up to 175 square feet require 42- to 48-inch fans.

  • Rooms up to 350 square feet require 52- to 56-inch fans.

  • Expansive spaces over 350 square feet need a fan larger than 60 inches.

Whole-house fans cost significantly less to run than a window AC unit. You'll pay an average of $0.01 and $0.05 per hour to run a whole-house fan compared to $0.06 to $0.88 per hour for the cost to run a window AC, depending on its size and the size of your home. They also use far less electricity than traditional central AC units.

Ceiling fans are very often worth the investment because they improve comfort in your living space and help reduce utility bills. In the late spring and early fall—and even in the summer in some areas—homeowners with ceiling fans can often get away with open windows and fans, which can cut down on cooling bills and also reduce wear and tear on the HVAC system. Over time, ceiling fans can pay for themselves by saving you money on electric bills and air conditioner repair and maintenance.

When maintained and repaired when necessary, your whole-house fan can last between 10 and 20 years. Check your warranty when purchasing the unit, as it will typically only cover between 5 and 15 years. Its longevity will also depend on your local climate and how much you use the fan. Having a professional size your fan appropriately for your home size will also help ensure it doesn’t get overworked, which can limit its lifespan.
