Smith Family Painting and Projects do a variety of repairs and renovations. From roofs to large/small appliance repairs. With over 20yrs combined experience and partnerships with reputable suppliers we offer a small family owned business experience with great quality and professional services at extremely fair prices. We have limited availability because we only take on jobs we can handle in a timely manner so customers can expect their projects to be done on time and never rushed through. We offer references and photography of past projects and insurance to protect our customers. We do not ask for all of the payment up front so you can rely on the job getting done on time and no chance of fraudulent activity. We are truly one of a kind working as a family including an outstanding mother daughter team with artistic talents that just can't be matched. Below is a list of services we provide: Painting, Construction, Installation, Outlet repairs, light installation, Appliance repair, roofing, flooring, wood, tile, laminate, carpet, & others. We are certified mold, water, fire, and disaster remediation. Custom furniture, Assembly, Landscaping, Home cleaning, & many others. Anything we do not provide ourselves, we usually have partnerships that do like large plumbing & electrical problems. We will get your project completed without drama and unnecessary fees. We are changing people's opinions about contractors every day. Please call us for a free estimate. We do not work as hard as any other company because we get it right the first time.
"This project originally began only as painting the inside of the house. Ashley and Josh came in and found so many things that needed to be fixed that would impede the sell of the house. They always notified me of the issues as they came up, but they did not pressure me into hiring them to fix anything. I really appreciated that and it is one of the things that made me decide to hire them for the entire renovation once I decided to do it. Ashley also presented a detailed, itemized invoice with every project. If there was something she knew she already had at home, such as hardware for the doors or lighting, she made sure to ask if I wanted to use that first before purchasing anything. They are very generous with their time and materials. Ashley was also honest when it came to ideas I might have about different areas and if they were worth fixing monetarily. They did not just agree to do whatever I wanted, she told me if it would be in my best interest or not to fix or leave certain things. They are extremely trustworthy and efficient. I could not recommend them enough!"
