Big huge thank you to Blake at Roanoke River Cabinetry for a quick turnaround on my beautiful new kitchen! The quote process was very smooth - Blake returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to measure and hear my wishlist which included new cabinets, the removal of a wall, and the addition of an island. He made great suggestions after he listened to what I wanted. The appointment was quick, and when I received my itemized quote and layout drawings, I was happy to see that everything we discussed was included at a price I thought was fair and reasonable. I was told a timeframe of when the work would start when I accepted the quote, and it started on time. Tim, the contractor, and his assistant Karen were WONDERFUL and did great work. I was happy to have them in my home. I highly recommend Roanoke River Cabinetry. So many things can become a problem if you don't have an experienced team; Blake has good people working with him. The cabinets I received from Roanoke River Cabinetry were much better quality (plywood boxes, soft close doors and drawers and TONS of organization) than what I was presented with from other stores. The granite countertops, and tiled backsplash are beautiful and well done. I am so happy with it all.

I was very pleased. Blake was knowledgeable and thorough, which made this project quick and seamless from start to finish. The workers at every step were wonderful. I appreciated that Blake was willing to do such a small project (many places weren't) and to give it the same attention as large projects. I recommend Roanoke River Cabinetry whole heartedly.

Installation went well, installed by Blake's team. After 3 years our trash bin drawer sliders broke. (the ball bearings fell out, appears the trash bin holder is too narrow for the cabinet) I called Blake directly and he has made two appointments to come out an replace the sliders, both times he never showed up or even bothered to call. Quality of a business is not just the service rendered at the time of purchase and installation but following up on issues when needed. What especially made us mad was his time is apparently more valuable than ours as he never even showed up or called twice. '

Blake Moore was extremely helpful and cooperative from the start. He
worked within the parameters of the costs we could afford; offered
multiple options; worked out a floor plan for the kitchen with us; and
delivered a beautiful product on time. When a minor part needed
replacing, he promptly ordered and supplied the replacement part. The
cabinets are of very good quality; the work is beautiful. Since we
installed the cabinets ourselves, I can't speak to that aspect of the
order, but everything else was smooth and prompt.

From the beginning, Roanoke River Cabinetry was a pleasure to work with. The owner came to our house and offered great suggestions and ideas on design, cabinet color and style. We then went to the showroom where the owner/designer showed us in the design center what our kitchen would look like. The installers were very professional and did an awesome job.
Anyone looking for a kitchen remodel should definitely go to Roanoke River Cabinetry. Their prices cannot be beat and the beauty and quality of their cabinets are fantastic. My family and I give Roanoke River Cabinetry TWO BIG THUMBS UP.
