When we paid and placed the order we were told that it would take 5-10 days before we could pick up the vanity from their warehouse. Sheri who took our order called us the same day and informed us that it now would take 3-4 weeks before we could pick up the vanity as it was being shipped from NJ. Sheri also recommended her husband Majeed Nia for the pick-up and installation of same vanity. We stupidly agreed and 4 weeks later Majeed delivered the vanity and brought his "friend" Abdullah to install it.
During delivery we discovered that the mirror was the wrong model and size and called Sheri to advise her and that the wrong mirror had been delivered. Majeed begrudingly agreed to pick up the wrong mirror and exchange it for the correct one as he had been too busy dropping off our vanity and his friend before rushing off to another job. Abdullah began the instalation but soon relaized that he the vanity didn't come with standard 3/8" fittings to easily connect to the wall water outlets. After several trips to Home Depot by Abdullah and us going to Ferguson plumbing for the correct risers and connectors, he was able to finally connect after three consecutive weekens of non-installation due to problems. Also, the faucet came with cheap gaskets that leaked and also had to be replaced with several trips to the hardware store.
To make a long story short we ended up spending several hundred additional $ for parts and labor and will never purchase anything from this Company again including Majeed Nia's "installation services".  Lesson learned: There's a reason they weren't listed on Angie's List, including Majeed Nia's company.

The owner/manager, Handan, was outstanding and epitomized customer service. She was friendly, helpful but not intrusive during the buying experience. Another employee, Richard, was very friendly and helpful in showing us the product in the back room that we were going to buy (similar model on the floor, but not the same color, so they had us go out back to look at it).  Delivery was set and was initially a bit of trouble due to sick employee, replacement driver and truck engine trouble.  However, it's not that problems occur, it's how they are handled that show you the true nature of a company. Handan was very apologetic and removed the delivery fee (we killed at least 1/2 a day waiting). Richard said he'd deliver it himself and did so on a Sunday after work. They COMPLETELY made us feel like valued customers while dealing with a delivery setback. I would urge anyone to at least visit them if you think they have the right product for your bath remodel.
