Mr. Witt showed up on time and was properly prepared to inspect and repair leak around collar. He explained in detail how water should flow around shingles then pointed out design flaw that should had been leveled which lead to rain seeping through causing water damage on ceiling and drywalls. I appreciate his honesty and humility; rare commodities in this day and age.
