"Great - Troy and Hunter were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves which was a big deal. This was not an easy install. The Water Softener that was installed was top quality. We have to work through a service contract for the upkeep and maintenance which was surprisingly very expensive. Like I said though - this was not your average Water Softener System and the original plumber had no clue about Water Softeners when the house was built. Wisler is unique in our area as they cover both HVAC and Plumbing. Previously we were working with 3 different companies to handle our HVAC and Plumbing needs. Reducing it to one does have value. Softener + New Filter to Front End Sediment + Services to Install was $7700. Maintenance contract I am told is $500 which was a bit of a shock but we are working through that."

Did a quick inspection and even though my hot water heater is 13 years old he said it’s in good working condition and advised of the pros/cons of having it flushed now. I may be able to get more good years out of it! I think other businesses would have just tried to get me to replace it to get the extra $. Thanks!"

"The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly.He was prompt always on time,removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater.He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost.Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work! I feel like I did hire a true PRO for my job and I would recommend him to anyone that would need his service in the future!"

After our discussion, we determined that the tank did need to be pumped, so I called Nancy back and it was scheduled for the next afternoon. Jimmy arrived the next afternoon to do the pumping.
