"The purchase process and delivery to the home remodel site went well. Just as the 2 year warranty was expiring the refrigerator stopped cooling. The manufacturer call center reps and appliance repairman were helpful and all replaceable parts were replaced (thermistor, user interface board and master control board). The refrigerator cooled for about a month and failed again. We contacted Fergusons to let them know about the issues we were having and to find a replacement refrigerator. They said they would provide a list of available replacements the next day and contact the brand representative. It’s been a week and they have not responded. I guess once they have made the sale they are not interested in supporting their customers. I just contacted Vinton Appliance and they ordered a replacement for us. They are very hands on and provide excellent customer service. They will be our go to appliance sales and service store going forward."
