"I hired Jovel to build stairs, retaining walls and planters connecting my existing patio to a new patio that I also hired Jovel's company to build. The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid. "Ricky and his crew removed approximately 26 large trees from my property a couple where 80 ft tall and one with a 7-8 ft diameter trunk. Many were close to my home or other outbuildings. They worked so hard!!! I was amazed at the efficiency with which they tackled this enormous job. They completed this in two long days with minimal breaks in the heat and humidity. They ground all the stumps and raked and picked up every bit of the mess. I will hire them again without hesitation!!! Fair price, communicated well and worked so hard! "

The team did a fabulous job in all facets of the project and accomplished all tasks in a professional and timely manner. The end result was 100% perfection. They took my landscape to the next level.
